PROJECT OVERVIEW

Vidzual is excited to partner with Cameron Russell Williams (CRW) Foundation to bring greater awareness to the organization's work and impact. The primary goal of the website and brand message video is to effectively communicate the mission, vision, and initiatives of the CRW Impact Fund. 

 

The website will serve as a digital hub for showcasing the Fund's dedication to empowering underrepresented leaders in business and tech within Utah. It will also inspire visitors to engage, support, and learn about the impactful work being done to elevate voices, mindsets, and tax brackets.

COMPANY OVERVIEW

We assist brands and businesses with telling compelling stories, vidzually. Whether it's through website design, cinematic video productions, or high quality photos, our team helps share your company's voice through branded strategies and vidzual communication.

CONCEPT
DEVELOPMENT

Collaborative meetings to gather requirements, understand CRW's values, and define the website's structure and content.

(1 week)

(STEP 2)

DESIGN & DEVLOPMENT

Create the website's layout design and subsequently develop and seamlessly integrate its content.

 

(3 weeks)

(STEP 3)

REVIEW & ITERATION

Presentation of the developed website for review and feedback, followed by necessary iterations.

(STEP 4)

TESTING & LAUNCH

Thorough testing across devices and browsers to ensure a seamless user experience. Once approved, the website will be launched.

WHAT YOU NEED TO PROVIDE

FOR WEBSITE:

  • High quality, professional photos

  • Transparent PNG background of Logo(s)

  • Any existing copy

  • Social media accounts to link widgets to website

 

FOR VIDEO:

  • Location to Film 

    • Each interview will take approximately 30minutes (10-15 minutes for testing mic levels, adjusting lighting, etc. Remaining time will be spent on the actual interview. Estimated time for equipment setup is 1hr30min, and equipment breakdown takes 1hr. Please keep this in mind while reserving time. For example: If there are 4 people to be interviewed (30mins each) we will need a total of 4hr30mins for the entire production. 

  • In order to film the CRW brand message video, please choose only one of the following dates that works for everyone to complete all filming in one day. Sept. 29th, Sept. 30th, Oct. 6th, Oct. 7th, Oct. 20th, or Oct. 21st.
